Please read this agreement carefully. Your participation in the waitlist constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
Acceptance of the Agreement
By providing your email address and any other information to join our waitlist, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Private Beta Waitlist Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not join the waitlist.
Nature of the Waitlist
Submitting your information places you on a list of individuals interested in our private beta. Joining this waitlist does not create any contract for service or guarantee your selection or participation in the private beta program. We reserve the sole and absolute right to select participants based on our own criteria and to limit the number of participants.
The Private Beta Service
Should you be invited to participate in the private beta, you acknowledge that the service is a pre-release version. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may contain bugs, defects, errors, or other issues. We make no promises or guarantees that the service will be operational, reliable, or error-free. You agree that your use of the private beta service is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any data loss, damages, or other issues arising from your use of the service.
Confidentiality
Participation in the private beta is confidential. If selected, you agree not to disclose any information about the service to any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing screenshots, discussing features, or posting information on social media or any public forum. Any feedback you provide will also be considered confidential information of Institution.
Feedback and Suggestions
We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the service. By submitting any feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services without any obligation or compensation to you.
Intellectual Property
We retain all ownership, rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all underlying technology and intellectual property. Your participation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the beta service solely for internal evaluation purposes, which we can terminate at any time.
Privacy
Your privacy is important. The personal information you provide to join the waitlist will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining the waitlist, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the waitlist or the private beta program at any time without notice. If you are selected as a participant, we may also terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, for any reason.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
