When the registered agent receives official mail for your company, it is recorded under Notices on the Registered Agent page.
What a notice shows
- The type of notice, and the date it was received.
- A short summary.
- An Urgent flag when the notice looks time-sensitive.
- The notice document, which you can download when one is attached.
If the page says No notices on file, nothing has been received. New notices appear there when they come in.
Renewal date
Your renewal date is shown with the service details. It is a tracked date, so you can plan for it. If a link to a notice document will not open, try again, and contact support if it keeps failing.
Important
Act on urgent notices right away. A notice about a lawsuit or a state penalty usually has a response date. Open a support case under Registered Agent and include the notice type and date.
