These Terms govern access to and use of Institution's website and finance operations service. By engaging Institution or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of services
Institution provides finance operations support including bookkeeping, monthly close, reporting, receivables and payables coordination, payroll oversight, and coordination of tax preparation with licensed tax professionals. Institution is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where a package includes tax preparation, filings are prepared by, or under the supervision of, a licensed tax professional.
Fees and billing
Fees are described on the Pricing page and in your engagement agreement. Government fees, third-party software subscriptions, and specialty add-ons are billed separately unless expressly included.
No guarantees of agency outcomes
Institution does not control and does not guarantee outcomes or timelines determined by governmental agencies, financial institutions, or other third parties (for example, IRS EIN issuance timing, bank account approvals, or state agency decisions).
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, subject to the terms of your engagement agreement. Historical records will be handed off in industry-standard formats.
