Cookie policy
Effective and last updated:
Contracting company: Premier Global Management, LLC
Premier Global Management, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on Institution's public website. This policy explains their purposes and the choices available. The Privacy policy explains the personal information associated with those technologies. Connected applications and third-party checkout sites have their own controls.
Privacy choices
We use necessary storage to operate the site. Optional analytics helps us understand visits; marketing tools measure campaigns and support advertising. You choose which purposes to allow. Read the Cookie policy.

1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent to a matching domain. Local and session storage retain values in the browser. Pixels, scripts and SDKs can send a page view or interaction event to a provider. These technologies can reveal a browser identifier, IP address, referral information and browsing activity even when no name is entered.
A first-party technology is associated with our site; a third-party technology is associated with a provider. A session value generally ends with a session. A persistent value remains until its expiry or deletion. A browser's privacy setting may block a technology regardless of our preference controls.
2. Necessary operations and preference storage
Necessary technologies support requested features such as security, authentication where applicable, form protection, error recovery and remembering privacy choices. The public site stores your cookie preference in local storage under institution_cookie_preferences_v1. We retain that choice for up to six months before asking again, unless you change it or clear browser storage earlier.
Optional cookies are not required to read policy pages or ordinary marketing content. Blocking all storage can prevent a preference from being saved and may affect account features. If saving a choice fails, optional public-site tracking remains off until a choice can be saved.
3. Optional analytics and session replay
The public site's configured product-measurement tools include Microsoft Clarity, Amplitude, Mixpanel and PostHog. When analytics is enabled, these tools may process page navigation, clicks, device and referral information and session or event identifiers to help us understand usability and reliability. Some tools support session replay, which can reconstruct a visit from events and rendered content.
We do not authorize collection of passwords, tax identifiers, confidential financial records or client-document contents by public-site measurement tools. Provider configuration can change, and a tool may not run on every visit. These tools are held until the optional analytics choice permits them. Withdrawal stops their initialization on a fresh page load; it does not recall events already transmitted lawfully.
4. Optional marketing and shared tags
Google Tag Manager, Google tags used for measurement or advertising, and Meta Pixel are configured for the public site. These tools may receive browser identifiers, page and campaign events and referral information for conversion measurement, attribution and advertising. A shared tag can serve more than one purpose, so we hold these tags behind the marketing choice rather than assume that every tag is necessary.
These disclosures can be treated as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under certain laws even without a cash payment. Rejecting marketing prevents these optional tags from initializing on the public site. We do not supply confidential client records for advertising. A supported Global Privacy Control signal forces marketing off for that browser even if an earlier saved choice allowed it.
5. Managing or withdrawing choices
Use the privacy preference controls on this page to allow or reject analytics and marketing separately. Necessary operations remain enabled. The initial preference notice also provides equal options to allow optional tracking, reject it or choose purposes. We do not treat scrolling, browsing or accepting the Terms as optional tracking consent.
When a saved choice withdraws a previously enabled purpose, the site reloads to stop already loaded optional scripts. The site also attempts to remove accessible optional first-party cookies. Some third-party cookies cannot be deleted by our domain; clear them through browser settings or the provider's controls. A change affects the current browser, not every device or an unrelated application.
Global Privacy Control is different from the older Do Not Track signal. We honor supported GPC for optional marketing on the public site. Browser and advertising-provider privacy controls can provide additional protection. Clearing storage, using a new browser or visiting another domain may require a new choice.
6. Duration and provider practices
Optional technology names, lifetimes and vendor behavior can vary with configuration, browser restrictions and provider updates. Analytics and advertising providers may use both session and persistent identifiers. You can inspect and delete stored values through your browser's site-data tools. We do not promise that a single static cookie list captures every vendor update or that deleting a cookie deletes information already stored by a provider.
For questions about a particular technology or a request relating to information linked to you, contact institution.legal@premiergm.com. We can explain our current configuration and the applicable request route. Do not email browser cookies, session tokens or other reusable authentication data.
7. Scope, updates and contact
These controls govern optional integrations on institutionhq.com. The authenticated Dashboard, QuickBooks, scheduling embeds, checkout providers and other linked services may use separate technologies and policies. Choosing a privacy setting here does not cancel a service or automatically change a provider's settings.
We will update this policy when material technology practices change and seek new consent where required.
