Compliance gathers the deadlines, filings, and entity maintenance for your company. It shows what has been recorded. If a deadline is missing, it has not been entered yet.
How the page is organized
- Upcoming and active: items coming due or in progress.
- Completed: filings and maintenance that are done.
If there is nothing upcoming, the page says no upcoming compliance items are recorded. That means nothing is on the calendar, not that nothing could ever be due. Ask the team if you are unsure what applies to your state.
Stay ahead of it
Overdue and near-term items also appear in your Action Center. You can adjust how far ahead it looks in your dashboard preferences.
