Bank, card, accounting, invoicing, payroll, and other source-system access is established at the permission level required for the work.
How Institution works
From your first conversation to your next close.
Start with a shared plan. Establish access and responsibilities, then follow a regular schedule for close, reporting, and review.

Before the first close
A shared starting point.
During onboarding, we agree on the systems, people, records, and reporting that recurring work depends on.
The chart of accounts and reporting structure are reviewed against the way the business actually operates.
Recurring work is assigned to a named owner on the client side, Institution side, or an external professional.
Known annual reports, tax handoffs, franchise-tax dates, and other recurring obligations are placed on a shared calendar.
The monthly statements and management views to be delivered are agreed before the first recurring close.
Older-period cleanup is separated from current recurring work so one does not quietly disrupt the other.
