Cancellation and refunds
Effective and last updated:
Contracting company: Premier Global Management, LLC
This policy applies to Institution services purchased from Premier Global Management, LLC. It supplements the Terms of service and Service terms. The lawful terms disclosed in your accepted order or signed engagement control their specific subject. Statutory cancellation, refund and payment-dispute rights always remain available.

1. How to give notice
Email institution.legal@premiergm.com from the account contact address, identifying the customer entity, service or order and whether you want to stop renewal, end current work or close the account. Use an available account cancellation control if you prefer. Do not send payment credentials or sensitive financial documents. We may verify authority proportionately where a request affects company records or an agent appointment.
Notice is measured from receipt. An acknowledgment confirms processing but does not postpone your notice date. We will explain the effective end date, any accepted minimum commitment, remaining authorized work and proposed refund. You do not have to attend a call, provide a reason or buy a replacement service to give valid cancellation notice. If a legally required online cancellation method applies to your purchase, that right is not replaced by an email-only requirement.
2. Free access and account closure
Dashboard access is $0 per month and has no Institution subscription fee to refund. Canceling paid work does not automatically close your account. QuickBooks and other provider subscriptions are separate and must be canceled with those providers. Closing or disconnecting an account does not automatically cancel an order; identify each service you want ended so that we can confirm the transition.
Before requesting closure, export records you need and identify outstanding filings, notices and service orders. Deletion requests are handled under the Privacy policy, subject to legal retention and professional duties.
3. Monthly services and stopping renewal
The default for an ongoing engagement is 30 days' written notice unless the accepted order or signed engagement provides a different lawful arrangement. Monthly Tax Desk has a two-month minimum disclosed at purchase. Other minimums must be expressly accepted; we do not create a new minimum through this policy.
A request to stop renewal applies to the next renewal that can lawfully be prevented when received. We do not treat the 30-day service notice as authorization for an undisclosed new fixed term. Any fees during a notice period must relate to the arrangement you accepted and work or coverage actually provided. Mandatory cancellation rules, disclosed renewal cutoffs and shorter statutory rights control where applicable.
4. Annual plans and unused periods
Annual pricing is a distinct service commitment and may be lower than twelve monthly purchases. Stopping renewal prevents the next authorized annual term; it does not automatically convert a completed annual purchase into monthly purchases or create a refund for work already performed.
A refund for voluntary early cancellation is determined by the cancellation terms disclosed before purchase and the work and coverage delivered. If no clear allocation or nonrefundability term was accepted, we will review the unused prepaid portion against documented earned fees and approved nonrecoverable costs. We will not assume that every annual payment is fully earned on receipt or retroactively charge an undisclosed discount-recapture penalty. Statutory refunds and remedies for our nonperformance remain available.
5. One-time work and government submissions
For incorporation, EIN support, cleanup, dissolution, tax preparation and other project work, cancellation before work begins generally permits a refund of the unearned service fee, less only approved nonrecoverable third-party costs actually incurred. Once work begins, we will assess the completed work against the agreed scope and fee allocation and explain any amount retained.
A government filing already submitted may be impossible to withdraw. Government fees and third-party charges actually remitted are refundable only to the extent recovered or the law requires otherwise. Amounts described as nonrecoverable must have been disclosed or authorized; unused or recovered amounts will not be retained as a windfall. The Launch package's advertised standard state-fee inclusion remains part of its purchased price.
If we cannot deliver a purchased service because of an issue on our side, we will offer an appropriate correction, substitute you accept or refund for the undelivered portion. A government rejection or customer change of mind does not automatically mean all fees are earned; the work performed and the agreed allocation still matter.
6. Registered Agent and address transitions
Registered Agent coverage and authorized address services require a lawful transition. A canceled renewal does not itself remove an agent or address from government records. You should appoint a replacement, update the state record or take another lawful step before coverage ends. We will communicate any notice or resignation process required for the appointment.
Prepaid agent or address coverage is assessed under the accepted coverage period and cancellation terms. Additional transition work or charges require prior disclosure and agreement. We will not withhold service of process or legally required records to force renewal. Ordinary mail, forwarding instructions and public-record updates must be separately addressed.
7. Errors, service concerns and refund processing
Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, unauthorized amount, material error or undelivered service, including the order or invoice reference. We will investigate and explain the basis of the decision. Where appropriate we will correct the charge or work and refund the relevant amount. Contacting us does not waive or postpone a bank, regulator or statutory dispute deadline.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available; if that method cannot receive funds, we will agree a secure alternative after suitable verification. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 10 business days. Bank and payment-provider posting times may be longer, and mandatory shorter deadlines control. We do not request a password, one-time code or full card number to issue a refund.
8. Mandatory rights and disputes
Nothing in this policy limits a nonwaivable withdrawal period, service-conformity remedy, recurring-payment cancellation right or right to dispute a charge. If you buy as a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal period, that right applies where legally available. Starting work during that period or excluding a withdrawal right requires the specific request, acknowledgment or consent required by the relevant law; these Terms alone do not supply it.
We encourage direct resolution but do not penalize a good-faith payment dispute or require you to waive consumer rights to receive a refund. A refund dispute can be raised with institution.legal@premiergm.com, Premier Global Management, LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.
For an initial inquiry, include the relevant service or order reference. Please do not email passwords, tax identifiers or confidential financial documents.
