Your Institution workspace is where your company's services, documents, tasks, invoices, and conversations live in one place. This article walks through what you see after signing in for the first time.

Sign in for the first time

  1. Open the sign-in link sent to your email address, or go to the Institution sign-in page.
  2. Use the email address that received your invitation.
  3. Confirm the company shown in the top of the workspace is the one you want to work in.

What each area is for

  • My Services shows what your company has, what is awaiting activation, and what you can request.
  • Tasks lists anything Institution needs from you, with the newest items first.
  • Documents holds everything you upload and everything Institution delivers back to you.
  • Invoices and Payments shows amounts due, paid history, and receipts.
  • Messages is for questions about ongoing work.
  • Support is where you open a case about your account.

A good first hour

  1. Review My Services so you know what is active today.
  2. Complete any open task, since most early work waits on information from you.
  3. Upload the documents listed in your onboarding request.
  4. Add the team members who need access to the workspace.
Note

Work moves fastest when documents arrive in the request they belong to rather than by email. The request keeps the file, the context, and the owner together.

Still not resolved

If something in your workspace does not match what you expected, contact the Institution team with your company name and what you were trying to do.
