Documents and signatures

Sign a document

Review a document Institution sent you for signature and sign it electronically.

Updated 2026-10-11

Documents that need your signature are listed on the Signatures page. Open it from Company, then Signatures.

Steps

  1. Open Signatures and find the document under To sign.
  2. Open it and read it in full.
  3. Accept the electronic signature consent.
  4. Enter your full name. The typed signature must match your full name.
  5. Choose to sign. The status changes to Signed, and you see Document signed.

What you will see

The list shows each document with its status, so you can tell what is waiting and what is done. If nothing is waiting, the page says there are no documents to sign. Documents show up here when Institution sends them to you.

Important

Sign only what you have read. If you are not the right person to sign for the company, tell the team before you sign. Do not sign on someone else's behalf.
