Action Center and requests

Submit a request

Ask a question or ask for a change, and keep the answer in one thread.

Updated 2026-10-11

Requests are for anything that is not already a task: a question about your account, a change to a service, a contact update, or access to a document. They are tracked, so nothing gets lost in email.

Choose the type

  • General question
  • Service change
  • Team or contact update
  • Document access

Steps

  1. Open Requests and choose New request.
  2. Pick the type and a priority. Normal fits most requests.
  3. Add a subject and details. Both are required, and a clear subject helps the right person pick it up.
  4. Submit. You see Request submitted.

Your draft autosaves in your browser, so you will not lose it if you navigate away on the same device.

Note

Not sure whether to use a request, a message, or a support case? Requests are for changes and questions about your services. Messages are for ongoing conversations about active work. Support cases are for problems with the product or your account.
