How to sign in to Institution

How to access your Institution workspace, and what to check if sign-in does not work.

Institution uses email-based sign-in and Google sign-in. You do not maintain a separate Institution password.

Steps

1Go to the Institution sign-in page.
2Enter the email address that was invited to your company workspace.
3Choose either the emailed sign-in link or Continue with Google if that address is a Google account.
4Open the link on the same device where you want to be signed in.

Sign-in links expire. Request a new one rather than reusing an old email.
Check spam and quarantine folders, and ask your IT contact to allow mail from Institution.
Open the link in your normal browser rather than inside another app's preview window.

Security

Institution will not ask you to forward a sign-in link or verification code to anyone. Treat any such request as suspicious and report it.

If you cannot reach your workspace, contact the Institution team from the email address on your account so access can be verified.
