Several pages say a thing is not available yet. They usually mean the work has not reached that point.
- Reports and analytics: reports appear after a month has been reviewed and delivered. Check Month-end close for progress.
- Month-end close: it shows nothing until Institution opens a close period.
- Reconciliation: a figure marked Not calculated or Not recorded has not been produced yet. That is different from zero.
- Transactions: if a company has no recorded transactions, upload its statements first.
If it has been longer than you expect, send a message on the service and ask where it stands.
